This Privacy Policy explains how Anago LLC ("Anago", "we", "us") collects, uses and shares information when you visit anago.ai, contact us, or take part in our talks, workshops and surveys. Work we do for clients is also governed by our agreement with each client.

Information you give us. When you contact us, ask for materials after a talk, or answer a survey, we collect what you provide, such as your name, email address, organization and your message or answers.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours receives basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is used to deliver and protect the website.
Cookies. Our website uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work, for example to remember that you entered a password. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to you, provide our services, run our talks, workshops and surveys, improve our work, keep our website secure, and meet legal requirements.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only:

- with the organization that hired us, as described under Surveys below;

When an organization hires us, we may invite its people to answer a survey on our website. We collect your name, email address and answers. Your organization receives overall results, not your individual answers. We may also use answers, in a form that doesn't identify any person or organization, to improve our work.

We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storing or sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Data Retention
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
Your Rights and Choices
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us at connect@anago.ai. We don't track visitors across other websites, and we don't allow others to do so through our website, so we don't respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
International Users
We are based in the United States. Information we collect may be processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
