Albert Chen
Co-founder, CEO
Albert Chen is an AI strategist and prompt engineer with 18 years of startup, corporate & nonprofit experience in the US and Latin America. Merging his experience with generative AI tools, large language models (LLMs), administration, and operations, Albert helps executives design and implement their AI roadmaps and provides AI training for both non-technical and technical teams.
He has worked alongside executives at State Street to coordinate enterprise-wide IT transformation projects and recently spent 5 years in Mexico City scaling an NGO’s operations through tech-driven solutions & streamlining processes.
Joshua Cheng
Co-founder, COO & CFO
Josh is a seasoned entrepreneur, involved in the founding or early stages of seven startups, nonprofits and funds, most notably achieving a successful exit with Veriti Management. With C-level experience across roles like COO, CAO & CFO, Josh specializes in crafting strategies and institutionalizing processes. Notably, he has helped companies raise money and prepare for acquisitions.
He has deep experience with major tech buildouts, adoptions and integrations to streamline operations, making businesses both efficient and scalable. A trusted advisor to early stage companies and a board member to several organizations, Josh offers strategic guidance and makes key connections that foster growth. He holds a B.S. in Business from UC Berkeley and is a Chartered Financial Analyst®.
